Non-Profit 1/2 Share Package

  Investment Amount - $295 (Requirement: must provide copy of IRS official designation of 501(c)3 status)

  • Share (1) 6’ or 8' Table with another exhibitor.  Availability of 6’ or 8’ table size varies per event. We will partner you with a non-competing company. Package includes a MAXIMUM of 2 representatives.
  • 2 Chairs & 2 Name Badges
  • Company Identification Sign (company name only)
  • 75 Word Description, Telephone and Website listed in Show Guide & Buyers Directory
  • Morning Refreshments during set-up
  • Color hard copies of the Official Event Flyer and/or Poster for distribution (upon request)

Passport to Prizes

Investment Amount - $150

Door Prizes are always a big hit!  Be part of the fun and gain additional exposure. ATTENDEES COME TO YOU!  

  • Attendees will be required to go directly to your booth in order to get their passport stamped.  This presents a one-on-one exchange where you can engage them about your products and/or services!
  • We will announce the winner and take a photo at your booth.  
  • Your company's name and booth number will be listed directly on the Passport.

Speaker or Workshop

Investment Amount – FREE! (Must Be Approved)

Be center stage in front of a large captive audience.  You will also receive additional advertising exposure in our pre-event advertising campaign and on Posters throughout the venue!   You must be a participating exhibitor or sponsor. Golden Future Expos reserves the right to accept or deny any requests.   In order to be considered, you must complete the speaker/workshop application for approval.

Health & Wellness Screening

Investment Amount – FREE! 

Attract more people to your booth by hosting a health screening at your booth! You will receive additional exposure before and during the event.  We will also promote your session on our website and in our advertising and promotions. You are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment/material/staff for screenings. You must be a participating exhibitor in order to host a health & wellness screening.

This is wonderful way to offer your promotional or sample item directly to each and every registered attendee.  NO PAPER ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED (ie, no flyers, brochures, business cards, etc). We require a quantity of 500 of the same item. Shipping or drop off details will be provided. (Must be a participating exhibitor to participate.)

Mini Job & Volunteer Fair

Are you hiring or looking for volunteers?  Tap into a talented experienced applicant pool!  Bring your HR or Recruitment Rep and meet face-to-face with potential applicants. We will advertise your positions, creating additional exposure for your company!  (Must be a participating exhibitor to participate.)
