Toyia is a seasoned event executive, producer, and senior advocate with nearly two decades of experience creating large-scale trade shows and experiential events across the United States. She is a New Jersey native and graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Over the past 20 years, Toyia has produced hundreds of trade shows and live events, working alongside some of the nation’s most recognized brands, including UnitedHealthcare, Nike, T-Mobile, FedEx, Walgreens, and Warner Brothers. Her ability to blend strategic planning, brand storytelling, and audience engagement has made her a trusted partner for organizations seeking meaningful visibility and measurable results.

As Founder and Executive Director, Toyia leads the Golden Future Senior Expo Series, California’s most established lifestyle, health, and active aging event platform. Under her leadership the series has produced over 160 events and welcomed tens of thousands of seniors, caregivers, families, and aging professionals, creating inclusive environments where education, wellness, entertainment, and community converge. 

Toyia is widely recognized for her forward-thinking approach to aging—championing the idea that today’s seniors are active, informed, and eager to live life fully. Her events are known for their welcoming atmosphere, strong exhibitor participation, and thoughtful programming that reflects the evolving needs of older adults.

In addition to her work producing large-scale expos, Toyia is the creator of California’s Adopt-A Senior for Christmas Program, a heartfelt initiative designed to bring joy, dignity, and human connection to seniors during the holiday season. What began as a simple act of kindness has grown into a powerful community-driven effort, touching the lives of hundreds of seniors and reinforcing the importance of compassion, generosity, and connection at every stage of life.

This program reflects Toyia’s broader mission: to create experiences and initiatives that uplift seniors not only through resources and education, but through genuine human connection. Her work continues to bridge generations, strengthen communities, and remind seniors that they are never forgotten.
 

Toyia is based in the Greater Los Angeles area with her husband, Chris and their three young sons—Augustus, Giuseppe, and Vincenzo. As both a business leader and a parent, she brings a deeply personal perspective to her work, grounded in family, purpose, and community impact.
