As a condition of my attendance at and participation in any event produced, hosted, or sponsored by Golden Future Expos Inc. (“GFE”), I voluntarily agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that attendance at public events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to my presence at the event premises or participation in event activities.

Release and Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Golden Future Expos Inc., including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “GFE”), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether arising in law or equity, that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation.

This release includes, without limitation, any claims related to bodily injury, illness, disability, death, emotional distress, or property damage, including claims arising from exposure to any communicable or infectious disease.

California Civil Code §1542 Waiver

I expressly waive and relinquish any and all rights and benefits afforded by California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or released party.”

I acknowledge that this waiver applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at any Golden Future Expos Inc. event.

Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GFE from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my attendance, participation, or conduct at the event, including claims brought by third parties.

Acknowledgment

By attending a Golden Future Expos Inc. event, I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and that I voluntarily agree to its terms.
